With our modern styling and single seat ride, they become the star attraction of any venue. These easy to operate vehicles are great fun and can increase the golf course rate of play up to 20%.

WARRANTY
The Eagle Golf Cruiser™ will be provided with the following warranty, subject to the below mentioned terms and conditions, details of which will be included with the product.

• 12 month warranty period from date of purchase on manufacturers defects only.
• Warranty does not extend to standard wear and tear items, including but not limited to tires, brake pads, cables, chains, seat covers, steering arm, T bar assembly and paint finish.
• We hereby reserve the right to refuse claims arising from misuse, abuse, lack of maintenance, improper storage and negligence.
• 6 month warranty for battery.

CONDITIONS THAT VOID YOUR WARRANTY

1. The Eagle Golf Cruiser™ has been wrongfully charged or supplied voltage or amperage other than specified by the manufacturer.
2. Has not been maintained according to the instruction video or manual.
3. Damage caused by negligent use, abuse or misuse.
4. Unauthorized use.
5. Driven in a dangerous or negligent manner.
6. Operating the Eagle Golf Cruiser™ in weather conditions such as snow, ice or on wet or soggy surfaces or unsafe grades or angles.
7. Operated by those without a valid driver's license or who have been using alcohol or drugs leading to misuse or an accident.
8. The Eagle Golf Cruiser™ shall only be occupied by one (1) person at any given time.
9. Warranty is not transferable and is acknowledged only from an invoice stating proof of purchase from Eagle Golf Cruiser Inc.
10. At the discretion of Eagle Golf Cruiser Inc., if it is considered that tampering/disassembling or prior incorrect repair leading to malfunction has occurred warranty shall become void.

Note: Eagle Golf Cruiser Inc., its employees, officers, directors, shareholders, dealers and agents shall not be liable for any reason for special, incidental, consequential, indirect damages, economic loss, loss of goodwill or punitive damages whether to the Purchase or to any third parties including users of the Eagle Golf Cruiser™. The limit to Eagle Golf Cruiser Inc. its employees, officers, directors, shareholders, dealers and agents in damages of any and all kinds shall be limited to the amount of the purchase invoice. If further liability coverage is required, further insurance at the cost of the purchaser shall be required.

This warranty shall be determined under the laws of the Province of Ontario and any and all actions with respect to this warranty shall be heard in the Town of Newmarket, in the Province of Ontario.

• Eagle Golf Cruiser Inc. must be notified in writing within 10 days of any accident or damages caused due to the Eagle Golf Cruiser™.
• Time shall remain of the essence.

• We offer our clients a full all round back to base service.
• We carry a full range of parts in stock.
• We are unable to service or offer parts for golf cruisers purchased outside of North America or independently imported.

We offer a variety of rental options to cater to your special requirements including tournament days and charity golf tournaments.
